Little Zen Minds is a small, independent journal about educational toys and gentle parenting — written by one parent, for parents who would rather do less, better.

I spent nine years as an early-years educator before my own two arrived and turned my living room into a full-time play lab. Everything here is something I have actually read the research on, or lived through at 6am. No affiliate roundups I have not touched, no AI-spun filler. If I recommend a toy, it has survived my own children — and usually a dishwasher.
